- 1 / 5By Jason MoonsmithAs a former employee, I can tell you this place is NASTY. Unless the owners were around, (Which was rare) no one washed their hands as they were supposed to. The morning cook NEVER bathes. Ever. I had to work next to him and it was nauseating. The food isn't thrown out when it's supposed to be. Cross contamination is everywhere. One assembler woudl cough on the line, on food, and just keep going. I refused to eat their when she was on the line. Many of the people assembling the food will empty a trash can, sweep/mop, and go right back to making food without washing or changing gloves. The most disgusting place I've worked. Don't believe me?
